Pilates for Desk Workers.
If you sit down for more hours than your move, then this program is for you.
You will be taken through a series of mobility and stretch exercises to help stretch out muscles and joints that tend to stiffen up and lack in the range from excessive sitting. Once you have worked on increasing range and relating tension, you will be taking through a series of strength exercises and flows to help strengthen all your muscles that don’t get used often (from sitting) and also all postural muscles to help avoid any possible back/neck pain.
You will finish this program having learnt new exercises, increased strength (lots of core strength) and feel much more mobile and tension free.
