Kala Pilates offers personalised Pilates and strength personal training, small group classes, and an on-demand online platform - designed to meet you where you’re at. We work with beginners through to athletes, pre- and postnatal women, peri- and post-menopause clients, seniors, and anyone wanting to move and feel better in their body.
Our approach blends functional strength, core-focused Pilates, and mobility work into one supportive, feel-good training style.
The goal is simple: to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body, whatever season of life you’re in.

One-on-One Personal Training
Bridget offers expert 1:1 Pilates and strength coaching, with over a decade of experience supporting women and men through all stages of life. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum, menopause, injury recovery, or simply want to build long-term strength and confidence, your training is tailored entirely to you.
Sessions are available in a private gym in Manly or Freshwater, in your home across the Northern Beaches, or online. Each program blends strength training, Pilates, and mobility — helping you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports your life.

Prenatal Pilates Group Class
Join a specialist-led prenatal class in Northern Beaches, Manly designed for every stage of pregnancy. Sessions focus on total body strength, core stability, pelvic floor, mobility, and breathwork to help you stay strong, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth in a safe, supportive space.
📍 Location: Neighbourhood Yoga Space, Manly

Live Zoom Pilates Class
Stay consistent from home with live dynamic mat Pilates Zoom classes designed to build strength, core stability, and mobility. Enjoy real-time guidance, accountability, and a supportive community to keep you moving and feeling your best. Train from anywhere with just a mat and a Zoom link - simple, flexible, and suitable for all levels.
