I believe in balance and will guide you in setting realistic, lasting habits. I'm passionate about supporting you every step of the way on your journey to reaching your goals and beyond.

A beautiful, fully equipped personal training gym.
Omnia offers top-quality strength and Pilates equipment, a calm and private training space, and everything we need to move, lift, stretch, and strengthen.
It’s the perfect spot to focus on yourself, get strong, and train with support — without the crowds of a big commercial gym.
An additional $20 studio hire fee will be added for each session -

Bridget can come to you in person or train with you online via Zoom.
Enjoy a personalised workout from the comfort of your own home — whether it’s in your living room, backyard, or on your screen.
All you need is a mat, some space, and a phone or computer. I’ll bring the equipment (and the motivation).Bonus: Home sessions are $20 cheaper than studio-based sessions!

Pregnancy + Postpartum Coaching
Personal training for mums or mums-to-be, Bridget is a highly qualified and passionate pre & postnatal specialist, she will design each session for you and your baby. Learn more.

Buddy Workouts
Train with a friend or loved one. These sessions are fun, social, and a cost-effective way to exercise! Just add $25 per session to bring someone along — it’s a fun, motivating way to move together and share the cost.
