    Personal training for mums or mums-to-be, Bridget is a highly qualified and passionate pre & postnatal specialist, she will design each session for you and your baby. Learn more.

    Train with a friend or loved one. These sessions are fun, social, and a cost-effective way to exercise!

“Bridge is honestly THE best Pilates teacher I have come across....& I’ve done a LOT of Pilates classes in my lifetime!

I have had a bad back since I was about 15, and I’m now in my early 40s......since I’ve been doing Bridge’s classes I’ve gained a huge amount of flexibility and my pain has all but gone. It’s not disappeared but it’s definitely reduced considerably.

Bridge spent a lot of time with me in my initial 1-2-1 sessions talking about the back as she too has suffered from back problems over the years. She has gradually built my confidence and my strength to the point now where I can join in any class.
