  • Bridge is a really knowledgeable, friendly and reliable PT. Going into my second birth I really wanted to continue strength and cardio training in a safe way to feel strong and keep managing a toddler while pregnant! My training with Bridge really helped me to do that. She happily (and skilfully!) adjusted depending on how I was feeling and I always came out feeling better for having trained! I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Bridge.

  • Bridget has been an amazing support through my postpartum recovery and return to exercise. She is highly knowledgeable and developed a structured and personalised exercise programme for me, all in the comfort of my own home. I would highly recommend her services for any new (or expecting) mums!

  • "I did 1-1 classes with Bridget throughout my pregnancy, she had a really good understanding of the changes I was going through and how I would need to adapt my pilates. At the same time, I found she really pushed and challenged me to advance (even as I was getting bigger!), much more so than any other pre-natal exercise I did. I went into birth and recovery feeling super strong and fit thanks to Bridget!”

    - Jenny W

  • “Bridget is one of those rare instructors who has the ability to massively improve your mental and physical stamina. My sessions with Bridget are still the hardest sessions even though I box and lift weights! She has amazing attention to detail and focuses on correct methods and alignment which prevents injury and you’ll feel safe in her hands. I trained with her throughout my pregnancy and when I got back into exercising afterwards it was just the right pace to slowly build my fitness again. She’s amazing, I can’t recommend her enough!”

  • “Bridget was incredibly helpful in helping me rebuild my core strength and general fitness in the postnatal period. Her personal training was supportive but challenging and meticulous at the same time.

Working with her meant I ended up feeling fitter and stronger than I had before pregnancy.”

    - Katherine R

  • "After my second child, I was stiff, experiencing lower back pain and a bit unsure about how to restart exercise. Doing Pilates with Bridget really helped me build back my strength and flexibility. She is a real expert in postnatal provision and has a lovely balance of being supportive but making you push yourself.

We started off in person and I was sceptical that the sessions wouldn’t be as high quality when we moved online. But, I found the online program just as impactful as the in-person sessions. I'd highly recommend her program to any new Mums”

    - Laura B

  • “Bridget's attentive pilates sessions were such an important part of my post birth recovery. I had a caesarean section and was very weak but found my stength came extremely quickly after we started our sessions.

Bridget is very detailed and knowledgeable. Her flexible approach made it really easy to manage while I had a baby with me at our sessions.“

    - Sarah C

  • "I really enjoyed my sessions with Bridget. We initially started in person and later on online due to the pandemic. Her positive attitude motivated me during each session. Sessions were very helpful during pregnancy to main strength and definitely helped during birth and beyond. She carefully selected exercises suitable for each trimester. We also worked together after birth to ease me back into exercising. I would recommend her to any pregnant woman.”
