This 45-minute expert-led class combines the best of Pilates, mobility, and strength training to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. Each session includes core and pelvic floor connection work, mobility and birth prep stretches, and safe strength circuits designed to help you move well, build confidence, and feel strong in your changing body.
Suitable for all trimesters and levels, this class is designed to challenge you safely while still giving you the support and modifications you need.
No Pilates or strength training experience needed.

After years of working with pregnant women, I truly believe that safe and correctly programmed strength training offers some of the biggest benefits during pregnancy. Building strength helps support your posture, prepare your body for the physical demands of motherhood, and often helps women feel more confident, capable, and resilient throughout pregnancy.
The Pilates elements are incorporated to help improve core connection, stability, mobility, breathing mechanics, and overall balance within the body - creating a well-rounded approach that leaves you feeling both strong and supported.

We are in a beautiful mat studio on the 2nd level of the SPG physio clinic in Freshwater. You will enter via the road entrance (next door to Palmo cafe). -
Booking your class is simple! Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Choose Your Pricing Option – Select from a casual drop-in class, or a 5-pack for the best value.
2️⃣ Receive Your Booking Code – When you purchase a class pack, you will be emailed a unique code. This code allows you to book your sessions without additional payment at checkout.
3️⃣ Schedule Your Class – Head to the class schedule section, select your preferred date, and enter your unique booking code at checkout. If you're doing a casual drop-in, you can book and pay directly.

Not at all! This class is designed for all fitness levels and is suitable whether you're new to Pilates or have experience. Movements are adapted to your trimester, and modifications are provided to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

Classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and support. There is a maximum of 8 people per class.

Just wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle. Mats and props are provided, so you don’t need to bring any equipment.

Pilates can be one of the best ways to relieve pregnancy-related aches. This class includes gentle yet effective exercises designed to ease tension, strengthen supporting muscles, and improve mobility. If you have specific concerns, let me know before class so I can provide modifications suited to your needs.

Yes! This class is suitable for all trimesters. Whether you're early in pregnancy or further along, movements will be adjusted to match your comfort and ability.

Casual bookings (PAYG): Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
Class packs (5 or 10-pack): You can reschedule your session with at least 12 hours' notice. Your class credit remains valid for future bookings.
