“Bridge is honestly THE best Pilates teacher I have come across....& I’ve done a LOT of Pilates classes in my lifetime!

I have had a bad back since I was about 15, and I’m now in my early 40s......since I’ve been doing Bridge’s classes I’ve gained a huge amount of flexibility and my pain has all but gone. It’s not disappeared but it’s definitely reduced considerably.

Bridge spent a lot of time with me in my initial 1-2-1 sessions talking about the back as she too has suffered from back problems over the years. She has gradually built my confidence and my strength to the point now where I can join in any class. I have to warn you, these classes are incredibly rewarding.....once you’ve finished 🤣 ...you’ll probably feel like giving up at least once during them, but don’t!!!!!

You’ll feel INCREDIBLE afterwards! They’re not traditional Pilates either so you will work up a sweat during some of them and feel like you’ve actually done a workout....which you will have done. I highly recommend Bridget as a teacher....you’ll not regret signing up!!!!”
