Hi there, my name is Bridge, welcome to Kala Pilates!

Movement is my passion and my mission. I’ve dedicated the last 9 years to transforming the way people approach fitness. My journey began after unfortunate injuries in 2015 which ended my professional ballet career but led me to discover the incredible benefits of Pilates. And I am forever grateful. This experience reshaped not only my body but also my mindset, making me stronger and more determined than ever.

I founded Kala Pilates to offer a comprehensive, intelligent, and science-backed approach to fitness that goes beyond the typical gym culture and aesthetic-focused programs. My method integrates Pilates, functional strength, cardio, and mobility to deliver results that are sustainable and empowering. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to love exercising and embrace it as a way of life.

It brings me immense joy to provide engaging, effective, and fun workouts that genuinely enhance the quality of your life. My goal is to empower you through knowledge and high-quality movement, helping you build a strong, healthy body that can make the most out of every day.

PREGNANCY AND POSTNATAL TRAINING

I have a special passion for working with pregnant and postnatal women. My goal is to help you feel your best before, during, and after pregnancy. Every woman deserves to feel strong and confident, especially on the journey into motherhood. I offer in-person or online coaching and education tailored to you and your baby.

My aim is to be your trusted fitness guide throughout your pregnancy, providing a safe and worry-free space for you and your baby. I love working with and supporting women in this beautiful stage of life, and witnessing their strength and resilience.

MY STYLE

Kala Pilates is all about personality and connection. My teaching style is down-to-earth, high-energy, and filled with a bit of banter and plenty of encouragement. I prioritise your comfort and confidence, ensuring you feel supported and motivated in every class. You'll feel the burn, but you'll also have a smile on your face.

My never-ending passion for learning means I bring the latest techniques and insights to my classes, making them both educational and inclusive. Our community is diverse, and I’m dedicated to making everyone feel welcome and valued.

You can train with me directly through our Online Pilates platform, YouTube, or with personalised one-to-one sessions both in-person or online. I’m here to support you on your fitness journey, every step of the way, and I cannot wait!
