Hi there, my name is Bridge - welcome to Kala Pilates!
Movement is my passion and my mission. After injuries ended my professional ballet career in 2015, I discovered the incredible benefits of Pilates. That experience reshaped not only my body but also my mindset, making me stronger, more determined, and more grounded than ever - and I’ve been sharing that gift with others ever since.
I founded Kala Pilates to offer a comprehensive, science-backed approach to fitness that goes beyond gym culture and aesthetic-focused programs. My method blends Pilates, functional strength, cardio, and mobility to deliver results that are sustainable, empowering, and tailored to real life.
Nothing brings me more joy than helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their own skin. My goal is simple: to empower you through knowledge and high-quality movement, so you can build a strong, healthy body and truly thrive in everyday life.

I specialise in creating personalised sessions that are effective, supportive, and tailored to each individual. My focus is always on helping you feel confident, capable, and strong in your own body - no matter your stage of life.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Training
Supporting women through pregnancy and beyond is the heart of my work. I’m deeply passionate about helping mums-to-be and new mums feel strong, safe, and empowered during a time when their bodies are constantly changing.
Every woman deserves to move in a way that feels good, to rebuild strength with confidence, and to know they are supported every step of the way. My goal is to provide not only safe, effective training but also a space where you can feel heard, cared for, and encouraged.
Whether easing discomfort in pregnancy, preparing for birth, or rebuilding postnatally, I’ll work with you (and your baby, if they come along!) to create sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more resilient, and ready for whatever comes next.
MY STYLE
Kala Pilates is built on connection and personality. My teaching style is down-to-earth, supportive, and high-energy - with plenty of encouragement (and a bit of banter). I prioritise your comfort and confidence, making sure you feel guided, challenged, and motivated in every session.
I’m always learning and bringing the latest insights to my classes, making them educational as well as enjoyable. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and smiling.
You can train with me directly through our Online Pilates platform, YouTube, or with personalised one-to-one - in person or online. However you join, I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
