The Strength To Carry
Each workout is customised with exercises designed for your current stage in pregnancy, helping you feel confident while building a strong and powerful body that’s ready to take on pregnancy and birth.
You do not have to be a Pilates pro for these sessions, each session is designed for you and your goals, wherever you are at today.
The Strength To Raise
Postnatal workouts are tailored to fit you whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, vaginal birth or even a caesarean. It’s made for you. We will work together to bring you back to exercising again, so you can get back to smashing your goals at a pace that works for you.
Sessions are designed for you and your baby, If you are a Pilates pro or new to exercise you will benefit from sessions with Bridget.

Omnia Movement in Manly is a boutique gym, fully equipped with everything needed for Pilates and functional strength training. Unlike a busy commercial gym, Omnia is calm, private, and welcoming - the kind of space where you can focus fully on yourself without distractions.
Here, you’ll have access to high-quality equipment, expert coaching, and the support to build strength, mobility, and confidence in your training. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or more experienced, this is your space to progress safely and effectively.
💛 Babies are always welcome - you’re welcome to bring your little one along, and I’ll happily help settle them if needed so you can still enjoy your session.

Prefer to train in your own space? I’ll bring the equipment and the motivation to you. With just a small amount of room, we can create effective sessions in your living room, backyard, or even a local park.
Training at home is perfect for busy schedules, new mums, or anyone who feels more comfortable in a private environment. You’ll still get the same personalised programming, guidance, and progress as you would in the studio - but with the flexibility and convenience of being in your own space.
💛 Babies and toddlers are welcome - no need to worry if they’re around during your session. I’m used to working with mums and can happily pause to help you settle them when needed.

I’m a Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, helping women feel strong, confident, and capable amidst the demands of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
With over 8 years of experience and having worked with hundreds of women, I know that mums deserve a higher level of support when it comes to feeling good in their bodies and preparing for the athletic event of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
