Each workout is customised with exercises designed for your current stage in pregnancy, helping you feel confident while building a strong and powerful body that’s ready to take on pregnancy and birth.
You do not have to be a Pilates pro for these sessions, each session is designed for you and your goals, wherever you are at today.
The Strength To Raise
Postnatal workouts are tailored to fit you whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, vaginal birth or even a caesarean. It’s made for you. We will work together to bring you back to exercising again, so you can get back to smashing your goals at a pace that works for you.
Sessions are designed for you and your baby, If you are a Pilates pro or new to exercise you will benefit from sessions with Bridget.

I’m a pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Specialist helping women feel strong, confident and capable amidst the demand of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
Bringing 8 incredible years of expertise, and working with 100’s of woman I know that mums deserve a much higher level of support when it comes to feeling good in their body and preparing for the athletic event of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
