Created by Bridget, a former professional ballet dancer and qualified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and pre/postnatal exercise specialist, our method blends functional strength, core-focused Pilates, and mobility work into one powerful, feel-good training style.
The goal? To help you feel stronger, more energised, and truly at home in your body — no matter your season of life.

Prenatal Group Pilates Classes
Join a specialist-led group Pilates class in Manly, Northern Beaches designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy.
These small-group sessions focus on core strength, pelvic floor stability, mobility, and breathwork, helping you stay strong, mobile, and confident as your body changes. Whether you're looking to ease discomfort, maintain fitness, or prepare for birth, this class is tailored to your needs in a safe and supportive environment.

Online Live Group Pilates Classes
Stay consistent with your Pilates practice from home with our live, interactive Zoom classes. Designed to build core strength, stability, and mobility, these sessions provide real-time guidance and a fun supportive community.

Dynamic Pilates – Wednesdays 6:30-7:15 AM (GMT) / 3:30-4:15 PM (AEST)
Kala Pilates members get free access—just join the class when you can! Non-members can join with a PAYG option for $9 AUD / £5 per class. After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email.

Prenatal Personal Trianing
Train Privately with Bridget, a Pregnancy Exercise Specialist
Work one-on-one with Bridget in private personal training sessions designed specifically for you and your bump. Using a unique training method tailored to your needs, these sessions will help you feel confident in your body, understand the changes that occur during each trimester, and build a strong, functional foundation for pregnancy and birth.
Bridget is a highly experienced pregnancy trainer who will personalise each session, combining traditional and functional strength exercises with Pilates, mobility, and breathwork to support you throughout your journey.
You can train in-person at Omnia Movement (a calm, boutique personal training gym in Manly) or I can come to you for at-home sessions across the Northern Beaches. -
Postnatal Personal Training
Specialised Postnatal Personal Training – With Your Baby by Your Side
Work with Bridget, a highly experienced and qualified postnatal trainer, in personalised sessions designed to support your recovery - whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, a vaginal birth, or a caesarean.
Each session is tailored to your needs, focusing on breathwork, pelvic floor strength, core rebuilding, and a combination of functional strength training and Pilates. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident in your body, and energised as you return to exercise at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll rebuild your strength safely, so you can move well and feel your best.
You can train in-person at Omnia Movement (a calm, boutique personal training gym in Manly) or I can come to you for at-home sessions across the Northern Beaches.

Sessions are held at Omnia Movement, a beautiful boutique gym in Manly (121 Pittwater Road) with high-quality strength and Pilates equipment and a maximum of four clients in the studio at one time. It’s private, calm, and fully equipped — the perfect setting to move, lift, stretch, and get stronger with expert support.
Prefer to train at home? I can come to you with everything we need for an effective session wherever you're most comfortable.
