At Kala Pilates, we offer specialised personal training, private Pilates coaching, small group classes, and online workouts - designed for everybody, from beginners to athletes, pre- and postnatal mums to seniors. Our approach blends functional strength, core-focused Pilates, and mobility work into one supportive, feel-good training style.

One-on-One Coaching
With over 10 years of experience in Pilates and strength training, Bridget offers personalised coaching to support you in every season of life. Whether your focus is pre- or postnatal recovery, peri- or menopause health, building strength for longevity, training for an event, or recovering from injury - your program will be tailored to you.
Sessions can be held in a fully equipped private gym in Manly, at your home across the Northern Beaches, or virtually via Zoom. Each program blends functional strength, Pilates, and mobility to help you move with confidence, build resilience, and feel at home in your body.

PreGNANCY Pilates Class
Join a specialist-led class in Manly designed for every stage of pregnancy. Sessions focus on total body strength, core stability, pelvic floor, mobility, and breathwork to help you stay strong, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth in a safe, supportive space.

Live Zoom Pilates Class
Stay consistent from home with live dynamic mat Pilates Zoom classes designed to build strength, core stability, and mobility. Enjoy real-time guidance, accountability, and a supportive community to keep you moving and feeling your best. Train from anywhere with just a mat and a Zoom link - simple, flexible, and suitable for all levels.
📅 Schedule: Wednesdays 6:30–7:15 AM (GMT) / 3:30–4:15 PM (AEST)
