This workout is from our 7-day ab & core challenge

This class focuses on the technique of progressive layering, where we gradually build upon each exercise. Starting with a slow pace, we will add variations to increase the intensity and target the deepest layer of abdominal muscles. Expect to feel a strong, fiery burn in your core by the end of the class.

A strong, powerful, athletic mat class. Where we flow through dynamic sequences challenging your core stability and strength giving you a full body workout - no muscle is left untouched.

This full-body strength class is designed to challenge and tone your entire body, with a special focus on arms, back, and core.

You'll use a 7kg Bala beam throughout the class, but dumbbells can also be used as an alternative. The class includes 3 different circuits that will be repeated 3 times, with a cardio burst in between. Expect to work hard, have fun, and break a sweat!

This a great class to strengthen, tone and challenge your abs and glutes effectively in a short amount of time.

The first half of the class will focus on targeting the abs, while the second half will focus on the glutes. We will be using a strong loop band throughout the class to add an extra level of resistance, pushing your abs and glutes to their limits.

A strengthening, yet stretchy pilates routine focused on building upper-body strength and mobility.

This class is designed to help you improve your postural muscles by stretching and releasing unwanted tension and strengthening and stabilising the correct muscles in your core and upper back.

This full-body pilates routine with the soft pilates ball will challenge you in the best way possible, think squats, planks, glute work and a deep ab burn - We hit it all!

We finish this class with a lovely and relaxing stretch.

This class is intermediate level, lots of variations will be offered, so please listen to your body and choose the best option for you.

This short yet strong workout focuses on toning the upper body. You will be guided through two circuits of five arm-strengthening exercises, which can be done with either dumbbells, a barbell, or Bala Beam. Although the workout lasts only 10 minutes, it will leave your arms feeling pumped! If you wish to increase the difficulty, repeat the routine twice.

This full-body fun strength class has a strong glute and hip focus.

Each exercise is performed in a ladder format, starting with 1 rep and increasing to 10 reps or vice versa.

Expect to work hard, get a great full-body workout, and have a blast at the same time.

Get ready to hit the pavement with a quick and energizing six-minute warm-up routine that will not only prepare your body for your upcoming run but also help prevent any potential injuries.

This pre-run warm-up is the perfect opportunity to set your intentions and get your mind in the game, so you can tackle your run with confidence and focus.
