  • Prenatal PT

    In-Person (Northern Beaches, Manly)

    1:1 or 2:1 personal training sessions designed for your current stage in pregnancy, helping you feel confident while building a strong and functional body that’s ready to take on pregnancy and birth.

    Bridget will tailor sessions for you mixing functional strength exercises with Pilates, mobility, and mindfulness.

  • Postnatal PT

    In-Person (Northern Beaches, Manly)

    1:1 or 2:1 specialised personal training sessions, with your baby by your side.

    Each workout will be tailored to fit you whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, vaginal birth or even a caesarean. It’s made for you. We will work together to bring you back to exercising again, so you can get back to smashing your goals at a pace that works for you.

    Online or In-Person (Northern Beaches, Manly)

    1:1 or 2:1 personal training sessions tailored to you and your goals. With a blend of functional strength training, Pilates, mobility, and mindfulness.
