Do you find sometimes you can't find what your looking for and your constantly scrolling? Well, the filters might be your new best friend. You can filter workouts by class style, length, body part, equipment, and much more!

On the catalogue page click 'Filters' to browse yourself:

Looking for a little more motivation, or just some funky tunes to go along with your pilates? Click the link that pops up in the top right corner when your workout starts to access some of Kala Pilates recommended Spotify playlists, or, choose your own!

6. Change The Quality and Playback Speed

I love this feature! Watch videos in higher quality by clicking on the gear wheel in the bottom right corner. You can also change the playback speed to your preference by clicking on the gear wheel and adjusting the playback rate:

7. Screen Mirroring on Google Chrome

Want to upgrade to the big screen? Did you know that if you have a smart TV, you can view content from your phone or your computer on your TV!

If you are on android or using a chrome browser, simply press the Chromecast button at the bottom right corner (highlighted in red) and click on your device in the pop-up window.

If you are using an Apple product or the Safari browser, simply click on the Airplay button and select the correct device to cast to.

The fact is, on average, we make 35,000 decisions a day!!! That is A LOT! Now add on trying to decide what mood we are in to choose a workout and it can all feel a bit overwhelming. This is why I create monthly schedules for those who'd like to make life a little easier and follow a structured program. Simply log on and scroll down until you see ‘PROGRAMS’. New monthly schedules are released on the 1st of each month.
